1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of subscriptions, coaching sessions, and e-books offered on our website.

2. Products and Services

We offer:

• Monthly or yearly subscriptions.
  
• Private online coaching sessions.
  
• Digital e-books.
  

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Euros, VAT included. Prices may be changed at any time.

4. Orders

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these T&Cs. A confirmation email is sent once payment is completed.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through the external provider Stripe.

6. Subscriptions

• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
  
• Cancellation is possible at any time from your customer account.
  

7. E-Books (Digital Products)

Delivery is immediate.
Downloading an e-book constitutes the start of service = no right of withdrawal.

8. Right of Withdrawal

According to the law:

• Coaching services: withdrawal is possible within 14 days unless the service has already begun.
  
• Digital content: no withdrawal once the download has been initiated.
  

9. Liability

We cannot be held responsible for fitness results or for improper use of the programs.

10. Intellectual Property

All content is protected. Copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
