My name is Alejandra Mangas, I am Mexican and I have been living in France for almost five years, where I continue to grow as a professional fitness and dance coach. Thanks to this journey, I have had the opportunity to work in both Mexico and France with very diverse audiences, adapting my teaching methods to different needs and goals.

Movement has been part of my life since childhood. I started dancing Hawaiian and ballet at the age of 4, later exploring jazz, belly dance, salsa, cumbia, bachata, and many other Latin rhythms. At the age of 20, I began teaching classes and since then, my passion for helping people move, feel strong, and enjoy exercise has never stopped.

Alongside dance, I also practiced different sports such as swimming, gymnastics, taekwondo, softball, basketball, and cycling, which gave me a strong foundation in body awareness and physical training.

I am a dynamic and motivated person, passionate about creating classes that are both effective and enjoyable. My teaching combines discipline with creativity, helping people improve posture, coordination, strength, and cardio fitness while having fun.

My Mission

Exercise should not feel like an obligation — it should feel like a celebration of what your body can do. Through Barre, Pilates, Spinning, CAF, Fit-Dance, and more, I help people of all ages discover the joy of movement, gain confidence, and feel stronger in their daily lives.
